A Good Butt Kicking

Wow, so I went to my first spin class yesterday night. I knew it was going to be hard, but it was really hard. My not so muscular thighs let me down in a big way. Running is is much easier than doing a spin class. My butt hurts today (no surprise there) but I am a bit surprised I can actually walk today. Going down stairs yesterday after the class I thought my legs were going to give out. I guess I better keep going to the class so I can work my thighs which desperately need muscle in them. I wanted to do a boot camp class today, but unfortunately I feel like I would literally die if I did it so I'm going to forego the class and probably watch a movie with Jay instead. That sounds pretty good to me!
